SCORP.IA is not a law firm and does not give legal advice; for high-value, unusual or contentious matters we recommend having a solicitor review the final document — you can request a fixed-fee review from an independent solicitor from inside the editor.

SCORP.IA asks a few short questions and drafts the document in a few minutes — you can leave the page and it will tell you when it is ready. Your first document is a free demo; a plan lets you save, edit, export and sign.

SCORP.IA generates documents based on established legal standards and jurisdiction-specific language. When properly completed and signed by all parties, these documents are generally enforceable. However, SCORP.IA is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Consult a qualified attorney if you have specific legal concerns.

SCORP.IA drafts under the law of England and Wales by default, and can draft for Scotland and Northern Ireland when you choose that jurisdiction in the questions. It does not draft for other countries.

Every document starts from a precedent in our library, is drafted around your answers by the strongest available AI models, and is then re-read by a second review pass against a solicitor's checklist (facts used, statutory references current, nothing unenforceable, numbering and cross-references consistent). We keep a current-law note for recent changes such as the Renters' Rights Act 2025. No automated system is infallible: review every document before signing, and seek professional advice for complex or high-value transactions.

Yes to try: a free account gives you one demo document (partly blurred, not saveable) so you can see the quality. To save, edit, export and sign documents you need a plan — Essential (3 documents a month), Professional (6) or Unlimited (fair use, 25 a month) — or buy a single document for £9 with no subscription. Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

If you are a consumer you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing; because the service starts immediately, you agree at checkout that documents generated in that period may be charged for. Otherwise you can cancel at any time from your account and no further payments are taken; we do not refund partial months. If something has gone wrong with a document, email support and we will put it right or credit you.

Yes. Your documents and personal information are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

No. The content of your generated documents is never used to train our AI models. Your legal information stays yours.
